Hi all,
We are currently toying with the idea of adding native preprocessing
support to the OpenSIPS script. This would basically bring two major
advantages:
* fix any line numbering discrepancies between, for example,
"opensips.cfg.m4" template files and "opensips.cfg" generated ones
* avoid working with two config files in the first place: the "template"
file and the "generated" file...
You can read more about this problem here [1]. Suggestions are
welcome! Your real life experiences/solutions pertaining to this issue
will definitely shape the design choices behind this "preprocessing
support".
