You can use the {s.escape.param} transformation to escape a value[1].

Hello,
I have a need to escape URL parameters in the Contact header received
from an application.
Here is an example:
Contact:
<_sip:__55555555555__@__proxy1__;rn=+1__5555555550__;ocn=__1234__;__carrier="__local
cl__ec__";cat="WIRELESS";__lata=123;npdi_
<sip:55555555555@proxy1;rn=+15555555550;ocn=1234;carrier="local
clec";cat="WIRELESS";lata=123;npdi>>
I believe according to the RFC I need to escape the “ and any spaces? I
would like to do that within opensips based on certain conditions. I
welcome any thoughts or suggestions.
Thanks,
C
