¿Are listen_if_A and listen_if_B optional parameters?
If not, what are the values of the IPs to use?

They are both optional -- as stated in the docs[1], you may provide
custom IP addresses
in there for each side (caller or callee) if you are not happy with the
card's
auto-detected IP address.
