Hi Yury,
Your OpenSIPS tcp_connect_timeout[1] may be too low (100 ms), hence why
the curl attempts seem to be working well (the curl library is much more
generous with its default timeouts). Note that many (if not all) of the
OpenSIPS TLS timeouts assume that the TCP timeouts are properly tuned as
well and should be greater-or-equal to them, since TLS works on top of TCP.
