Hey Mark,
This is some annoying error caused by the fact that you're attempting to
run the global opensips-cli right from the source tree. Two solutions:
1. change dir to anywhere else and retry: "opensips-cli"
2. inside the opensips-cli source dir, you can do: "python3
bin/opensips-cli"
After all, this shouldn't be necessary in first place - I'll see how it
can be fixed.
