If you're using the last year release (2.4), this will not work with the
latest OpenSIPS CP (8.3.0), as this is only meant to work with OpenSIPS
3.0. For OpenSIPS 2.4 you need to use OpenSIPS Control Panel version 7.2.3.
So please provide us the exact versions you're using for both software
to provide you more details.

Basic functions such as adding/removing users work but many other
functions such as clicking the little telephone icon in the user's list
to see contacts registered to the SIP account, result in the error

I have checked the box configuration and believe I have it set correctly
