Now it totally clear. The last question; in the MID_REGISTRAR I have to
forward the INVITE to Main_REGISTRAR using the script and process INVITE
only if comes from Main_REGISTRAR. Is it right?

When using mid-registrar, the INVITE flow will be:
INVITE INVITE INVITE INVITE
Alice --------> MID-REG --------> MAIN-REG --------> MID-REG -------->

The _main_ feature about mid-registrar is that it always rewrites the
Contact [1] to
point to the current server (regardless if in mode 0, 1 or 2). This is
why the
MAIN-REG forwards the INVITE to MID-REG, and not directly to Bob.
