There is a document for migration from 2.4 to 3.0 in the website, but
for migration it uses opensips-cli, unfortunately I don't have this tool
on the system and when I tried to install it, I faced a problem. When I
try to run opensips-cli, it only shows me the prompt-intro and then
nothing happens. No prompt show me.
