I would recommend rejecting these. Once you start magically fixing ingress formatting issues, it’ll make it hard to point the finger when you have real problems. It’s better to have known problems fail reliably where you can go direct to a customer and tell them exactly what to fix.
That’s just my opinion. I recognize this might not be possible. Those specific formatting issues seem to suggest a simple Mis-configuration and not just a badly built stack; so I’d think it should be easy-ish to get fixed.
