Hello, On v2.4.7 I'm using route_to_gw() to load routing for a particular gateway. It works well. It also works when the gateway is in an "Inactive" status, which surprises me. I would expect the function to return with an error code in that scenario, or at least have the option to achieve that behavior.
I don't see any mention in the documentation of a way to manually check the status of a gateway from the script (only from MI). Is there? Perhaps the gateway status is taken into consideration only with do_routing()? If that's the case, I'm wondering if I can emulate route_to_gw() with do_routing() while specifying a gw_whitelist of only the gateway I'm interested in routing to. I thought I'd ask the experts before I get crazy with it. - Jeff
