I think I figured out what's wrong... why are you using this "./" construct?!  That argument MUST be the binary that produced the corefile, which is typically /usr/sbin/opensips!  If you look below, gdb even briefly complains about this:
./: Is a directory.

Did you get this instruction from the website?  Let me know if there is anything to correct on that side.
