I have started the opensips as root and the file
.restart_persistency.cache was created under /
after I changed the ownership of the .restart_persistency.cache to
opensips I was able to start daemon as opensips user.
Is this proper way of doing this or just a poor workaround?

opensips does not start.
The logs shows:

ERROR:core:main: error while initializing modules
ERROR:core:init_rpm_mallocs: could not create the restart persistency
memory file .restart_persistency.cache (13: Permission denied)
