Hi,

1) Neither Kamailio nor OpenSIPS send 200 OKs;

2) Neither Kamailio nor OPenSIPS send ACKs.

They merely relay these.

3) Contact URI alterations may be occurring along the chain, and are likely 
causing your issue.
