I've seen the result of sngrep. No reply from asterisk. I've included support path in both opensips and asterisk.

It's not at all clear what the network architecture is, how the call-flow is, etc. I would start such an investigation by including xlog in the script and debugging what is happening step by step. Also tracer together with Homer/sngrep would help you here too. PS.
