I've seen the result of sngrep. No reply from asterisk. I've included support 
path in both opensips and asterisk.

Hey!

I suspect there's not much to help you with this kind of question.
It's not at all clear what the network architecture is, how the call-flow is, 
etc.
I would start such an investigation by including xlog in the script and 
debugging what is happening step by step.
Also tracer together with Homer/sngrep would help you here too.
