Thanks for the information . I have the backup enabled in RDS and also the RDS is private inside my VPC and has a minimal security group to block the access .
And also I used to reload the module rather than restarting opensips on every change . In-addition to this , I have created an audit table for my tables which has manual changes . So that whenever there is any change to these tables there will be an entry in the audit table .
