Different DB setting can be done per-tool, not per system.

Hi Arto,
An OpenSIPS is a "box". A "system" is a collection of "boxes", of
similar OpenSIPS instances to be handled in the same way (like
receiving reload MI commands).
So, have you defined the 2 boxes ?
