I get a similar problem:
cluebringer-2.0.5]# ./cbpolicyd --help
Base class package "Net::Server::PreFork" is empty.
(Perhaps you need to 'use' the module which defines that package first.)
at ./cbpolicyd line 29
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./cbpolicyd line 29.
The module is on the system, so what's going on?:
cluebringer-2.0.5]# cpan Net::Server
CPAN: File::HomeDir loaded ok (v0.58)
CPAN: Storable loaded ok (v2.16)
Going to read /root/.cpan/Metadata
Database was generated on Wed, 22 Oct 2008 10:26:54 GMT
Net::Server is up to date (0.97).
