I tried out 2.0.11RC1 with the supplied patch. Same result, my limit is set to 3 emails, it prevents me from sending out the 6th email. Changed limit to 4 emails, it prevents the 7th email from being sent out. Changed limit to 10 emails, it prevents the 14th email from being sent out.
