Look at the error that is reported, it says you have an extra space
after the specification.

Have you checked the documentation on the policyd.org website? if so,
what is it lacking?

You define a policy to match the email, you then define a quota and
attach it to that policy. Crafting your policies take a bit of planning,
check the Policies section of the documentation for what specifications
you can use.
