Yes this is possible. Create two policies, one to match hotmail traffic, one to
match yahoo traffic. Setup a quota for each of them.
I have created two policies but I am not sure that they are working fine
because nothing is written in postfix log file about quota and also nothing in
policyd log .how to make sure that policies are working fine?
