I have been configured clubringer in this way:

With this configuration clubringer works perfectly.
But with:
Policy Members
Policy: Default Outbound
Action
Source Destination Disabled
$* !%domini no
Groups:
Policy Group: domini
Member Disabled
@ascomail.com no
I got this:
