I retest this morning after more than 20 hours and i got the same
message.
I don't understand why? Or better HRP Period what really check?
What is your blacklist period set to?
Use Blacklist: No
Blacklist Period: 86400
I change Blacklist Period to 3600, wait one hour and now I can send.
OK I think I have understood.
