The policyd version in use is 2.0.12. Wasnt this fixed?
Have you modified the core or module files in any way? Can I suggest a
clean install in a seperate folder, fresh DB and test again?

When doing so please indicate module versions, sql/perl versions and
debugging information along with detailed steps for reproducing.
