Please ignore the previous mail.
I see now I have to include content_filter in the postfix configuration.
Thanks
Tom

Good afternoon list.
Apologies for posting but I am very confused regarding amavis integration.
I have inherited a cluster which is running postfix & amavisd-new
(spamassassin & clamav)
I need to implement policyd in order to enable policy control.
at the top of my amavis.conf, I have
use strict;
include_config_files('/usr/local/lib/policyd-2.0/cbp/amavisd-policyd.pm');
in postfix, master.cf i have commented out the content filter section
smtp inet n - n - 500 smtpd
# -o content_filter=smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024
now, when i test via the webui, and bypass virus checks, clamav still
detects the virus.
why would this be if I have disabled the content_filter and set
bypass_virus to yes?
Thanks
Tom
