HI Chris,First thing if you ever have a problem, put Policyd into full debug mode and check the logs.
There is a very detailed policy matching output there which you can use to see exactly whats matching and whats not.
If you don't see any policy request, it would mean that postfix is not sending one, in that case maybe look where your check_policyd_service is in your main.cf config file.
