You can use ! to negate the policy match if you're using this for
greylisting.

Yes, I am using greylisting.
In which database should I have this negation, inorder to whitelist an
Email ID: [email protected] ? Is it in a file or a database ? Also I
would like greylisting to be applied to all other Sender Email IDs.
Please clarify.
