That one is above my understanding of policyd :o)

Some interesting news.

I upped the server settings to:

min_servers=64
min_spare_servers=64
max_spare_servers=128
max_servers=512
max_requests=2000

absolutely no errors whatsoever.

"ps aux | grep policyd | wc -l" shows 274 processes running.
