Dear Elie,

In the document Doc/INPUT_PH.txt, variable "recover" is explained clearly:

   Variable:       recover

   Type:           LOGICAL
   Default:        .false.
   Description:    If .true. restart from an interrupted run.

So set it to false in your first run and true in the second and the following 
runs.
