Hi Pw is still written using fftw 2.1.5 or something like that .. is there a way to link it to fftw3 or is in project to switch to fftw3?
This can be interesting because usually fftw3 are best optimized for sse2 sse3 altivec and other multi-core (or something like that ... i am not an expert) architecture and this can be a speed improvement (50%?) for espresso that makes a lot of fft.
