Dear Paolo, Thank you very much for the reply. The symmetry of this system is "Symmetries : space group Pn m a (# 62); Bravais oP (primitive ortho.)". Both VASP and ABINIT were able to recognize the symmetry. I am a little bit surprized that PWscf didn't. I will check again my input file and your hints.
