The Kirzhnits, Maximov, Khomskii formalism has long been recognized as a
more viable alternative as a weak-coupling model for BCS superconductivity
with respect to Eliashberg-McMillan in that it directly employs the overall
charge density and eigenstates of a given extended quantum ensemble, rather
than their second derivative.  Has anyone in the community coded KMK as a
post-processor for PWscf output?
