This is very awkward! Wait, both Y and xcrys_tmp seems like a relative paths. From which dirrectory you executed "ls" command? What about the owenrship of scratch directory. On onw machine it is jdongh:phys on the other xyh:xyh. Note that each user should create its own scratch directory.
