[Pw_forum] Plotting Band Structure by using Xmgrace

Hi All, 

I am trying to plot the band structure by using xmgrace and could not figure 
out how to draw a horizontal fermi energy line, and also i would like to label 
c axis by using high-symmetry points. Could someone please help me?
