Dear Elie Try "export PATH=$PATH:/path/to/your/directory/where/g95/installed" then update your database (updatedb command) and restart your computer. Also, you can copy g95 binary files from where you have installed the g95 to /bin.You should examine "g95" or "gfortran" commands in your linux console before trying to compile the QE.
