Eyvaz, There is a tiny bug or typo in ../PlotPhon/Scripts/Lines. When $cell == 8, b2a=`head -1 $FC_name.fc | cut -c 22-33 ` should be b2a=`head -1 $FC_name.fc | cut -c 23-33 `
