Hi. intended to study of the impact of the electric field on an additional electron in a structure. I was wondering whether it is reasonable to just add one electron to the structure and apply electric field. Is there a way to put just one electron or an electron-hole in a box and apply the field to it with QE? I am thankful of any kind of help. P.
