[Pw_forum] q2r.x error

It is possible this is gpu code error. i reported on gpu forum and 
waiting for an answer.
I tried almost the same calculation (smaller k and q grid and lower 
convergence threshold, other inputs same) on non gpu code when i tried 
q2r.x calculation, there was no error.
I'll see what they have to say.
