Dear developers, >From the dynmat.f90, it seems to use the Raman activity formula (equation 6) in PRB, 54 (1996) 7830. I have two question: First, whether the formula keep same if we change the polarization direction of incident beam. Second, does this formula is suitable for the two dimensional materials? And if not, what kind of formula might reasonable?
