Without knowing any further details, just guessing: Does
# ls -lF /home/ipcms/sakhraoui/scratch/vhse-fm-5fo-nrel.save
show the file? Are you running interactively on that node, or possibly
under a batch system on a node that cannot access that directory? Maybe
some one remembers more, 5.0.1 is a bit old now.

But I have checked the scratch and the folder *.save is definitely there.
