wannier90.x is a separate software that is interfaced with QE, among
other codes.
check www.wannier90.org for more information on its use.
from the topdir of the QE distribution "make w90" should download
the current (2.0.1) version of the package and install it in the QE
directory tree. the executables are present in the W90 directory but
should be linked in the bin dir as well.
