Dear Mansoureh,
besides the possibility of compiling WanT within QE (make all or make want),
please note that want-2.2.1 is a pretty old release...
The latest version of WanT is 2.5.1, and can be downloaded from qe-forge:
http://www.qe-forge.org/gf/download/frsrelease/153/618/want-2.5.1-base.tar.gz
(I would definitely make the upgrade)

I would like to install WanT package on my PC. After ./configure and then
make all I recieved following error:
