and now QE uses LAPACK from netlib [1] (which has BLAS shipped in the same archive) instead of a olf lapack version. If you are using a XC-40 with Intel compiler I also assume you are using Intel MKL. CLE provides wrappers to simplify people lives, they should shomehow make sure you link math libraries correctly.
