I compile QE with: ./configure compiler=intel MPIF90=mpiifort FC=ifort F77=ifort F90=ifort CXX=icpc CC=icc MKLROOT=/opt/intel/mkl LIBDIR=/opt/intel/mkl/ and it still do not find MKL libraries:
