Hi All.
The Quantum ESPRESSO Foundation, the institution that fosters and coordinates
the project and maintains its web services, is expected to revamp its web sites
in the next few weeks. New services will be offered, among which we will
maintain an archive of “scientific artworks” (i.e. colourful images from
computations/simulations made with Quantum ESPRESSO).
To start with, we would like to collect the first batch of images that will be
displayed in the slideshow to be showcased in the home page.
Those of you who wish to contribute with one or more images are warmly invited
to submit them to the Foundation, accompanied by a short caption, the name of
the author, and the reference to the paper in which they have appeared. The
five best images will be published when the new web site will be online, with
ample credit given to the authors.
To submit an image, please, send it to “[email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]>” specifying “image contest” in the
subject.
