Can anybody give me access to Quantum Espresso 6.7 wit mGGA library linked (I need SCAN functional) ? I need binary compiled with Microsoft MPI working under Windows 10 ... I had failed to recompiled the code by cygwin64 environment myself ... I had found only 6.4.1 Quantum Espresso pre-compiled on internet ... Pleas, can anybody with more experiences with QE compilation under Win help ?
