"make all" does not compile epw; "make epw" does. Also: check that "make
epw" did not end with errors

Dear QE experts,
I recently installed Quantum Espresso ver. 7.3.1 on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
While run auto test, via “$ make run-tests”, every epw tests were failed
and log message shown epw.x does not exists. And when I checked
installed directory, epw.x file was not installed even configure and
installation by following QE installation document was finished
normally. I want to epw.x is installed. Then, is there anything need to
add on the configuration option?
