I am not sure - I don't use PPTP myself. What I can tell you is
that these are also the only pptp related packages available on
core RHEL6/CentOS6/SL6.
My CentOS machine reports only he following PPTP related
packages:
NetworkManager-pptp.x86_64 : NetworkManager VPN plugin for pptp
pptp.x86_64 : Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) Client
pptp-setup.x86_64 : PPTP Tunnel Configuration Script
RedSleeve follows the upstream distribution in terms of what
packages are available, so if the packages aren't in the upstram
distro they won't be in RedSleeve either.
If you need pptpd you will have to get the src.rpm from
somewhere else (e.g. from Fedora) and rebuild the binary.

It's in the base repository. Are you sure your yum configuration is
