Well it seems iptables is installed but disabled for runlevel=3
iptables 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:off 4:on 5:on 6:off
Interesting. Plus the /etc/sysconfig/iptables-config file exists, but
not iptables. Nor the ip6 files (I have a /48 prefix allocated here;
real IPv6).
So I am use to starting at point 's' and customizing from there. This
starting from point 'g' is taking a lot of digging and documenting what
to add and configure.
I can easily copy iptables from a Centos 6 server. Even the ip6tables
and ip6tables-config.
The change the runlevel for iptables. Is that all I need to do to now
enable iptables?
