OK. I've seen those before. Somewhere in the past RH decided to update evolution-data-server to such a new version that it caused compatibility problems. Everything in el6-updates is based on the older version. (you might notice that the newer version is in the broken directory). In the updates-testing repo, everything is based on the newer version. So I recompiled the gnome-panel rpm to link to the newer version of evolution-data-server. You should be able to resolve this issue by (re)installing gnome-panel (and possibly some other packages) and make sure they come from updates-testing.
