Hello everyone,

I just installed a fresh installation of RSEL 6.  I did a yum update;
the first time around it just downloaded a new redsleeve-release
package. I did a yum update again; it wants to download 400 or so meg
of stuff. Great, no problem! Except... yum bailed and it complained
that bash wasn't signed. I did accept the GPG key.

Has anyone run across this before?

Unfortunately, none of the recent updates are signed. This is due to the most unfortunate untimely failure of the USB stick that contained the private signing key.

To rectify this I will have to roll a new release package containing a new key and re-sign all the packages. Unfortunately, I haven't got around to doing that yet due to other commitments (like this thing called "day job").

To work around the problem and get it to install, set gpgcheck=0 in your repository file in /etc/yum.repos.d/
